PLEASE NOTE

April 1 Effective Date if application received by 20th of each month. Please note this is not considered “insurance.” This is a Cost Sharing Program. Pre-existing conditions have a 3 year exclusion period. This program does not meet ACA Requirements. Please see website and education materials for all other exclusions which may apply. Have approval to also offer CHUBB Hospital Indemnity plan but still working out the details and should be available for review next week.

PLEASE NOTE

April 1 Effective Date for applications received by March 17th, but can enroll anytime with no qualifying life event. This program is underwritten and not everyone will be approved, no pre-existing conditions exclusions if approved. Applications are reviewed and processed on Sunday for those that submit the previous week. Approval will be received via email within 72 hours.  Plans are ACA Compliant. See website and educational material for other exclusions.

April 1 effective date, but must enroll by the 15th of the month to keep an April 1st effective date. No underwriting required, no pre-existing conditions exclusions. Most Plans are ACA Compliant. Call and speak to a representative about any exclusions or to get a quote(s).  You have 60 days from February 28th to enroll in coverage and keep guaranteed issue availability.
